reflection of the week; spider webs and a sunset
Things have been a bit busy these past weeks! My weekends have been filled will fun with my sister and family! With all the much needed fun, I am taking a little time to just breathe and see the beauty all around. With the summer season, we have been getting fabulous sunsets. If I am lucky I can sometimes catch the sunset while hanging out with my cats on my patio (usually its from the side window in my car sitting in traffic on the 405..) I am really enjoying all the tiny delicate spider webs that have formed around the patio! I like to imagine a fantastic little story about the spiders and their webs.. from their perspective these delicate intricate formations are their crystal caves.. they are expert architects and are always up for the challenge to defy gravity and circumstance. These little spiders are like the CIA and have all the info and secret flying paths of their next targets or soon to be prey... ANYWAYS.. back to reality; I share with you a bit of blithe and bliss in means of my patio!

I never saw an ugly thing in my life: for let the form of an object be what it may – light, shade, and perspective will always make it beautiful.
